45-day Open comment period for the Public Participation Plan (PPP)

A draft of RGVMPO’s amended Public Participation Plan is now available for public review and comment from May 1 to June 15, 2026.

The Public Participation Plan serves as a comprehensive guide for public involvement efforts of the RGVMPO. It outlines the policies and principles that shape how the organization communicates and coordinates with stakeholders. Additionally, it serves as a tool for planners and decision-makers to engage residents, community groups, organizations, and businesses in the transportation planning system.

We encourage stakeholders and members of the public to review the drafts and provide feedback during this open comment period.
